Wierd error page - Administration and Configuration

Wierd error page

Hello,

DNN 05.06.02
Windows Server 2008 R2 64x
IIS 7

This is the first time in 4 years that i encounter the following problem.
When i build the site from studio the site works fine when i configure it to run on web from iis and try to access it i get this page
Any help??????

You will want to be sure that the domain name/URL that you are using in IIS is added as a PortalAlias for the portal.

i have as portal alias www.mysite.gr i have inserted in IIS edit bindings that www.mysite.gr in host name
portalAlias has two records for portal 0 one is www.mysite.gr and the other is localhost/... so i cant see how this should be a problem

When i try to access the site from the web if i put the url/login.aspx i can login and then im getting the below page
