I installed a few languages in our site. We removed the additional languages. Not realizing that the translation was not passive on the text only. It had created numerous pages and replicated our site pages for every language we installed. My reason for creating this thread is. My site still shows all the extra pages in the Portal section of the site. I want to remove these pages but there is no clear way on how to do this. I check via FTP and every page in the site. Can someone Please give me some direction on how to remove these pages. I used the recycle bin already and dumped everything in there.

if you have enabled content localization then the first thing you need to do is disable it (it's what creates the associated new pages for each page associated in the primary language). Unfortunately there is no way to simply remove the pages automatically (this is something we'll look at for a future release) so you'll have to use admin->pages and remove them by hand. Please note, 6.0 is due out next week and contains a new page admin function that is MUCH better and will help with this.

I upgraded to 6.0 perfect. But there were no pages in the pages section. When viewing the portal in the portal section It says there are 203 pages. When view the site on the pages, page there were not 203 pages. Only the admin and pages I created. is there a known issue were it says in the portal section that there is more pages than there really are. I took a screen shot but could not post it. Anyway if anyone has experienced this please let me know. Thanks

I think I may rebuild from scratch now that 6.0 is out. I am really impressed with the new version. Very nice.
