I have a menu which works fine in IE7 but not in IE8 / 9

How can i force seperate style sheets? or even a css hack for my style?

the sub menu is the problem as i have to use !important to make it position in the correct place.

.mainMenu .m0, .mainMenu .m1, .mainMenu .m2
{
    background-color: #F7D400;
    left: 230px !important;
    top: 25px !important;
    width: auto;
}

any ideas?

Have a look at 40fingers Style Helper. It's a skin object that can inject and remove stylesheets.

There is also the DNN "styles" skin object that has similar capabilities. I believe it's in use on the Minimal Extropy skin for DNN 5.
