I Upgraded to DNN 6 from 5.6.3 and all seemed well. When I was checking my modules, I found one that has issues with Ajax. I wanted to see if repairing the module would make a difference, but I could never get the Extensions Wizard to come up. I tried touring around the host and admin links and found that a few others didn't behave correctly. Any ideas where to start troubleshooting? Especially with the Extensions Wizard.

See if you have "Use Whitespace Filter" checked in Host Settings | Advanced Settings | Performance.

If so, uncheck it and see if that makes a difference. It made a difference for me in the file manager when I couldn't create folders or upload files.

Nope, "Use Whitespace Filter" is unchecked.

are you in edit mode? if this doesn't help, you might try disabling compression in Host Settings.

Yes, I am in Edit mode. I made a bad assumption though. I tried to dsable Compression by removing the expression in the white filter textbox, and now Host Settings won't load at all. I get the following error:

Error: Host Settings is currently unavailable.DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Host.HostSettings.BindPerformance() in ...\DesktopModules\Admin\HostSettings\HostSettings.ascx.cs:line 224 at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Host.HostSettings.BindData() in d:\webroot\domains\dstroketennis.com\wwwroot\DesktopModules\Admin\HostSettings\HostSettings.ascx.cs:line 336 at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Host.HostSettings.OnLoad(EventArgs e) in ...\DesktopModules\Admin\HostSettings\HostSettings.ascx.cs:line 515 --- End of inner exception stack trace ---
