I've created a role called Announcement Administrator and installed the core announcement module on our homepage.  I only want people who have the Announcement Administrator rold to have rights to post new announcements on this page, but not have permissions to modify anything else on the page.

I went into the settings of the announcement module on the page and put checks next to the Announcement Administrator role to have editing rights.  But, when I log into the site as a person with that role, I put in a title, add a description and then when I scroll down and try to link it to a file, I see the root and a see a lists of files, but the link to upload a new file is missing. 

If I log in as as admin to the site, the link to upload a file is there but I don't want to give these people admin rights to the whole site!  I have multiple dnn sites that have different versions of the core announcement module and this is not working from 4.2 up through the most recent install of DNN 6.0.

I've also tried this is FireFox and IE8 to see if it was a browser issue and that is not it.  How can I get this to work without giving these people admin rights to the whole site?!
