Hi,

I have imported a new instance Portal 5.6.3 and when I log in as host I visualize the error behind Control Panel:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: An entry with the same key already exists. ---> System.ArgumentException: An entry with the same key already exists. at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowArgumentException(ExceptionResource resource) at System.Collections.Generic.SortedList`2.Add(TKey key, TValue value) at DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.DesktopModuleController.GetPortalDesktopModules(Int32 portalID) at DotNetNuke.UI.ControlPanel.AddModule.LoadModuleList() at DotNetNuke.UI.ControlPanel.AddModule.LoadAllLists() at DotNetNuke.UI.ControlPanel.AddModule.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Kind regards!

thats a new error to me-it suggest there are duplicate items in the modules table-i'd recommend checking that to see if there are 2 identically named items (though AFAIK that should be impossible)

Yes, it is really impossible ;)

The error might have occurred because they have tried to import a portal template of 1.5 GB, and returns Timeout. I've increased the timeout in web.confg but I can not get the import completed successfully. Are there any other timeout?

Thanks

wow-1.5gb, no wonder theres issues. The only timeouts that occur to me are executionTimeout and the forms timeout itself (i.e. if the operation runs so long the users cookie may expire causing an issue)

:) Any solution? Is it possible to set unlimited Timeout temporarily?

This website is a school and I need to urgently import the template into a new instance. Make the website again is impossible.
