Hi All,
I am unable to login in Dotnetnuke site
I am using  Window 7 environment  IE 8 and IE9 , DNN site working fine with other browser.
Please help and let me know the solution

please install a http proxy such as fiddler so you can see what is happening under the covers - you want to look at the requests and see if the forms authentication cookie (called .DOTNETNUKE by default) is being set - perhaps your IE installs is blocking them for some reason

also, can you try to log into another dotnetnuke site (such as dotnetnuke.com) to see if the issue is your site or all dotnetnuke sites (this site is running 6.0.1)
