I have upgraded my website to DNN 6.0.1 and on the hosting provider I receive these errors. This blocks all options on the page.

What was the existing release? In the bin folder, try renaming System.Web.Extensions.dll to System.Web.Extensions.dll.bak.

Existing release was 5.1.4.3 ; we had some issues with direct upgrade 6.0.1
So we did 5.1.4.3 --> 5.5 --> 6.0.1

I dont have "System.Web.Extensions.dll" file in bin folder ( in old & as well as new version)

Could be a version miss match issue with Telerik. Download the 6.0.1 install of DNN and go into the bin directory and grab the Telerik dll and replace it with your current DLL.
