I tried to add a HTML text module to my page and after I clicked add, the page reloads then nothing is shown at the ContentPane on the page. and there is no error at all.

I look at Event Viewer and I see this

Do you have the following related error logged in EventViewer when attempting to add HTML module to a page:

System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path ~\DesktopModules\Admin\RadEditorProvider\ToolsFile\ToolsFile.xml'

If so, it is likely that the RadEditorProvider did not get installed properly. You should be able to install it from the Host-->Extensions, Available Extensions tab. If, however it is not in the list of available extensions, you may extract the package RadEditorProvider_06.00.01_Install.zip from the Install\Provider folder of the DotNetNuke_Community_06.00.01_Install.zip package and install it using the Host-->Extensions Install Wizard.
