Nainesh, did you ever get this sorted out? I am having the same issue using DNNv6 and RadEditor.

Blank folders in the Image Manager. I've tried clearing out the Files and Folders tables in the DNN database and then doing a recursive File Sync. I've made all of the folder names in both tables lower case.

Still nothing. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

OK, I'm making progress, but after 3 solid days of trying and not being able to get this working, I'm starting to run out of ideas...and I'm hoping someone can help me please.

The RadEditor image viewer is not displaying correctly. Here's what's happening.

1. Image Manager displays folders, starting at the default folder, but not subfolders. All folders appear in the File Manager though.
2. Image Manager only displays files (.jpg, .png etc) for the default folder that I specify in the HTML Editor Manager section. If I navigate to any other folder, no files appear. If I change the default opening folder to another folder, the files appear!? It seems that the image manager only displays files for the default opening folder?

I just upgraded to 6.1.2 from 4.9.5 and am having a similar problem.  When logged in as Admin both the Telerik and RadEditor show nothing when the default Images folder is set to "/".  The only button visible on the Images upload is the refresh.  Also, all of the buttons on the File Manager are disabled when the Portal Root is selected. 

 If I change the Images folder to "/Images" in the HTML Editor settings I see all of the files and subfolders under Images and the option to Add files is no longer greyed out.  

It almost seems like a permissions thing in the Portal Root but I have never had any issues with this before.  The weird thing is that unless I specify "/Images" in the HTML Editor settings I can't see any files in either HTML Editor provider when logged in as Host or Admin.
