I have a page that I need to serve as https.  Its running dnn 5.6.3 using IIS7 on Windows Server 2008  ...
Enable 32-bit applications is set to true in the app pool.  Also the security certificate is setup ...
After enabling ssl in admin settings and setting the page as secure I get the following error when I navigate to it.

Could not load file or assembly 'ChilkatDotNet2' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

Yes - it runs on the .net 2.0 framework or the 3.5 framework. Chances are your site is running by default on the .net 4.0 framework which dnn does when upgrading or installing for the first time.

What ever you're running needs to be upgraded to the .NET 4 dll version of Chilkat or you need to modify your site to run on the 3.5 framework.
