I am working on a project for setting up a web portal for a small school district.  I am looking at some of the "Nuke" frameworks.  Is there support in DNN that allows me to use a common module across multiple pages in the same portal?  For example, I have a "News" module that we will keep updated with current events for the school district.  I want this to be posted on the front page as well as some of the other pages within the district portal, but not on ALL of the pages.

I know I can copy modules and content when creating new pages but to my understanding these are just "snapshot" copies, if I were to add a news item to the front page, that won't get reflected on pages that were created via copy.

Thank you.

you can simply do this by "adding existing module" from the control panel. It will create a reference only. Next version of DNN (3.3.0/4.1.0) allows you on page creation to decide, which modules to reference and which ones to copy.

Thanks leupold, I saw that option but wasn't sure if it was a copy or reference.  I could have tested that to verify but havn't had time yet, I'm still gathering requirements.

Thanks again!
