I installed a second language.  I enabled for a test site.  I localized.  On the website, I see image for English and Spanish.  So far so good.  I go to the admin to update the Spanish content.

Question 1: The admin links and content are all in Spanish.  Is there a way to configure it so it's displaying the admin content in English as I am editing the Spanish Content?

Question 2: I have a user who would prefer to see the admin links and content in Spanish.  Is there a way to configure it so he sees it in Spanish when editing Spanish content but I still see it in English?

Basically, I want to be able to specify what language to display the admin in by user.  Is that possible?
