please post an new feature request in the public issue tracker at support.dotnetnuke.com.
Besides, the tabSettings table is extensible, i.e. you might create a custom module, which allows specifying your extra settings for each page and the pagesettings collection should include it automatically. However, I agree, it would be more handy to have page settings as extensible as module settings, so a page extension provider could add a custom region to it.

After forgetting about it for the last two months, I finally logged it as an enhancement/feature request in Gemini. Wordpress has the ability for custom page/post tokens, and it's pretty cool.

Does anyone know if this kind of thing has been implemented, perhaps in an extension?  This would be perfect for use in an app I am building.
