I am using DNN 5.6 and need to change the "text' that appears at the top of the registration module. 
For some reason "User Registration" shows up twice... one under the other.  I have tried to find a way to change it but I am lost. 
It is using the 'userS and roles' core module.

youu need to use the language editor in Admin menu and check for local resources > Admin > Security as well as > Local Resources > DesktopModules > Admin > users and Roles

You can also create your own registration page and place a user registration module on it (as well as any other module you want).

Then you just need to set that page as the registration page via Page Management in Site Settings.

I did create a new page and add the module. That was the problem.

The module contains some text that cannot be accessed using the regular editors/module settings. You have to edit the resources to change the text.

Have not found the right location... but still looking. Thanks for the direction Sebastian!

I have found the "(Note: - Registration may take several seconds. Once you click the Register button please wait until the system responds.)" section, but I cannot find the other section.

"*Note: Membership to this portal is Public. Once your account information has been submitted, you will be immediately granted access to the portal environment. All fields marked with a red arrow are required."
