Hello all,

On my new DNN site, I have several product category pages containing links to child product pages.  These links are set on the page using a repeater.

When I run a search on the site, naturally the names of these links dont show up as they are not part of a searchable module.  How can I set up the search to include this text?

As far as I can see, I either have to buy a spidering module to allow full text search, or I can turn my repeater into a real module that implements the searchable functionality?

Are there any other ways to do this?

I you want the links indexed you will need to create a module that implements iSearchable - otherwise there is no way for the dnn internal search engine to know that the links exist.

Is the links module searchable?

Links module does support iSearchable, see module definition in Host :: Extensions, when entering module details.
