I started a new portal, then I tried to register a new user unfortionatly it failed. the following error message "An Unexpected Error Occurred During Registration. Please Contact The Portal Administrator For Futher Information"

I did reinstall the portal but the same message again. the website is selsilah.com

Resolved
We figured out what our problem was. We have database trigger that would execute on registration of a new user in dnn that writes user information to another database.

We had a problem with one of the tables in the other db was causing the trigger to fail. Once we corrected the trigger problem everything worked fine.

Hi,

On registering new user, you were simultaneously registering in another database. Are you implementing single sign in functionality?
