Hi,

I have a DNN site and have created some roles in it. I Dont want to share admin role to any one. But i want that a particular role should be able to create pages, edit there page settings (adding title, keyword etc). Can this be possible? Or we have to have admin access to a user in order to do this.

Thanks,

Varun

Hi Varun,

It's doable. You need to login as host/admin, go to page settings, at permissions tab, tick the checkbox under Edit Page column for your special roles.

Last time you login as this role, you can add/edit a page.

Hi,

This was i can give control over a specific page. I want a user should be able to create DNN pages in any hierarchy he wants. Right now its done under Admin-Pages. I gave permission to Page Module of DNN. But then login as other role, i can only view the Page Tree and no option for creating new pages.

Thanks,

Varun
