I am using DNN in Webmatrix and it is working great.  This is my first web app.  I published my app in the directory root/myapp and all of my links worked great on my local and on the host.  I then developed a one page html app using webmatrix and published it to the root to do a redirect to root/myapp.  Now my links no longer work on the host.  It is trying to find the aspx file in my link in the root rather than root/myapp.  I do not know enough about web development to know where to look now.

you need to make sure, DNN is installed in the root of an application - I would also prefer to install DNN in the root of your web site (using host headers, to host multiple sites on the same server), instead of a subdirectory.
