Using DNN 5.6.3  I'm having some issues of which i need some URGENT help in resolving.
I have a web site where the business name and phone numbers have changed. So we mass replaced the Old Names and Numbers with the NEW name and number

Next I went to Search Admin and  Updated and Re-Indexed the site SO THAT THE NEW NAME WOULD BE PICKED UP from our change. As an extra step i even Restarted the Site Application.

As a final test... we typed the OLD business name in the DNN Search box and even though the old Name is COMPLETELY GONE... the SEARCH ADMIN STILL PICKS UP THE OLD BUSINESS NAME!!... If you click on the link to that page, No where is the old name to be found.

But the issue is that the OLD name is still being picked up when we want the NEW NAME.

Please advise how we can fix this...

wow... i think I've stumped the Forum on this...

Still eagerly waiting for a reply,

Is there something on the Database level i need to reset or clear? Please advise as this is the only thing keeping me from going LIVE with the site....

Again, the problem is Old Names, deleted text still showing up in the DNN Search. EVEN AFTER I RE-INDEX, UPDATE SEARCH ADMIN and etc.

Please advise...

Did you clear the search index before reindexing?

Well, i've worked with DNN since the 1x days and have never come across this issue.

I'm embarrassed to say i do not know the best way to clear the search index before indexing... 

Is this something i have to run in DNN 5.6.3 SQL Script Manager? Under HOST>SQL?

I have read that this is a known bug in DNN but not sure what steps to take to accomplish this in DNN 5.6.3

Please advise "with steps", the best way to Clear the Search Index before re indexing?
