The selection of who can view what parameter of a user is open to be adjusted be the user himself?? On the right hand side when "Manage profile" id being done then the user can select different settings for "public", "Members only", "Admin only". Can this be hidden so that only Admin can adjust this?

Go to Admin > User Accounts > Manage button > User Settings > User Account Settings tab and set Display Profile Visibility to False.
