I have a template site that I have used to create a number of other sites.

I now need to add a new module to each of the sites.

If it possible to update the template and then this will update all the sites that used it?

I don't want to have to go through all the site to add the same module to each one...

Thanks in advance...

Eddie

Templates are only used for NEW portals, you can apply a template to an existing portal, but it will only wipe all the content and recreate pages, I doubt that is what you want (unless of course you haven't made any changes to those existing sites).

You'll need to go through each website and make the changes otherwise.

Hi Chris,
I have been playing around with the site wizard and it does allow you to use a template over an existing site...
It gives me the option ignore or replace or marge existing modules...

But what I am finding is that if I...
replace - it replaces everything with the modules and all my content is gone.
ignroe - it will add "new" pages but will not add "new" modules to existing pages...

Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if it doesn't do what I need i to do :)

Thanks for the reply...
Eddie
