I would like to allow a user to apply roles to other users. I do not want this user to be able to edit the site though, so I do not want to give them the administrator role.

I am using DNN Profession 5.6.7.

Gratitude to any help in advance,

Currently dnn only allow site administrator/super user to grant roles to users. You need build a customize module if you want to other roles to do that job.

Over 20 + professional dnn modules for News Article, Store, Video Gallery, Photo Gallery, Ultra Flash Player,YouTube Video, Image Slide show, Skin Chameleon and much more from DnnModule.com

I have previously been able to achieve this by adding a users module on a page and have it set to be editable by the sub-admin.

We made updates to 5.6.7. recently and this does not function any more.  Is there a way to due this without building a new module?
