I recently upgraded our dotnetnuke platform to the 6.1.5 version. For some reason the FiftyOneClientCapabilityProvider had an installation error.  Now for some reason I can't edit the HTML content of new pages.

For example, I am trying to populate the following page with HTML, and it doesn't respond to my changes (hit save, no changes are actually saved).

Any insight? Thanks
