 Please guide, how to solve..

Earlier also some has uploaded an image to the website 2 year back, but that time we solve that htmleditorprovider problem and it was working fine..

WE are using DNN 4.6.2

4.6.2 is a compartively ancient version of DotNetNuke that suffers from a number of known security issues (see security.dotnetnuke.com for the full list) - http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Blogs/EntryId/2533/IIS6-a-word-of-warning-on-an-issue-affecting-some-websites.aspx is likely the cause -you should check your site for unexpected .asp files particularly those in the form image.jpg;asp . Finally, it's probable that the links were injected directly into the database, use a script such as http://vyaskn.tripod.com/search_all_columns_in_all_tables.htm to detect and remove them - but you will need to upgrade to a later version to stop this issue happening again.

I'd ask the hosting company to perform a restore on the website to get it back and upgrade like Cathal suggested.
