I messed up a page!!!!

I went into page settings and was going to set the refresh at 20 seconds, but I put in 2 seconds and updated.   Now I can NOT get back to settings fast enough to change it to 20.  The page will refresh before I can make a change.

Does anyone know what table and what field in the SQL database holds that setting?

I think that is the only way I can reset it without deleting page which was a fairly complex page and  do not want to have to rebuild it.

what version of DNN are you on? If you're on one of the newer ones you can just go to the "page management" menu item under admin and you can change page settings without being on the page. If you're on an older version (<6) then you'll probably have to find the setting in the DB.
