Hello,

  1. I'm testing the approval workflow for DNN6.2 Enterprise and it seems that the approval emails are not sent until after the approver logs out. Has anybody else experienced this and if so is it normal? what if they forget to log out? is there a delay system in place. Please let me know if any body else has seen this or knows why it is happening.
  2. The other thing that I was wondering was.... is there was a way to set the approval workflow state settings for rejections? Basically I have a 5 stage workflow approval setup. Everthing works for the approvals, as long as you log out and back in each time so the eamails send, But when you reject a state that is say at the Brand Review 2 state, it reverts back to the Content Provider State for review and I would like to set it to revert to the last state right before rejection. Is this possible?

emails are sent via a scheduler which runs every 1 minute in 6.2.0, so that may be what you're seeing. Please raise any questions about PE/EE via the customer support network

 It was a simple scheduling issue. I was able to lower the setting and it send right away.
