I've spent the last hour and a half looking for someone who has had the same issue I'm experiencing, and have found nothing.  My company hosts almost 100 portals, and we just upgraded DNN to 6.1.5 a few weeks ago.  Today, I find out that there is ONE portal (that we know of) that cannot see any files in the Document / Image / Media Managers when editing the content of an HTML module.  If you go to the File Manager, everything shows fine.  The Managers, however, show nothing.  No folders, no files.  It's showing Page 1 of 0 at the bottom of the Files section, and moving the mouse through the Files area highlights empty rows.  It acts like it knows there are files there, but has no data - just empty <td> tags.  I'm at a loss.  If it were every portal, I would think that it's the Editor configuration, but it seems to just be this one portal.  I've tried a recursive Synchronize Files in the File Manager to no avail.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Doug

I'm assuming that this means that no one else has seen this problem before, either?

Well, I don't feel too bad, here... almost 70 views, and none of those people apparently have any ideas, either.  This is one last unabashed bump for attention before I move on to other options. :D

Hi Doug, you may check out all files and folder names, make sure they do not contain special characters like # " ' / \ . etc.which may break sync. Another option might be trying CKEditor provider instead (dnnckeditor.codeplex.com)

The only "special" characters in any of the file names are square brackets and parentheses... which have been in use for quite some time. This apparently broke when we upgraded from 5.? to 6.1. I'll keep doing some digging. It has to be something simple - since it works on numerous other portals. Thank you for your time.
