The Admin module for newsletters is not sending out emails to the selected user roles or additional emails. The bulkmail report states that "There is a problem with the configuration of your SMTP Server. Mail was not sent."

The SMTP test in the Host->Host Settings tab indicates that the SMTP server is set up correctly (the host email gets a confirmation email on the SMTP test). Additionally, outside of DNN I can log into my host server and send emails using my host email client and email account.

Anyone have any ideas on what the problem is?

Ken, please make sure your SMTP account has been enabled for "relaying" e.g. is able to send using a different mail domain for sender and recipient.
