Hey Guys,

I'm trying to add a link into the blue pop-up tooltip ("help") next to my user registration fields. Currently I enter the 'Property Help' text as:

"You have to accept our <a href="somelink" target="_blank">Terms and Conditions</a>."

The text is anchored correctly however when you click on the link nothing happens. From Google Chrome I can simply right-click the anchored text and select 'Open in new tab' and it does exactly that. But potential customers registering on this site will not have the knowledge of right-clicking and choosing an option. To them it's a simple point and click exercise.

It may be worth noting that the user registration is no longer in a modal popup but moved it to a normal aspx page. Any help or suggestions?

AFAIK the help text does no longer support HTML.

Thanks Sebastian. Is there any way that I can drop a link in there so that my users can read the terms and conditions of the site. I've tried by adding a new profile property but I'm not sure which data type to use? Any suggestions regarding this?

We're on DNN 6.1.4.

if you are using your dedicated registration page (not only the registration control), you may place an HTML module aside with additional information regarding the requirements.
