AFAIK, there are not too many websites still using this option, although I find it very handy sometimes. Timo has a workaround in his 40fingers skin helpers on codeplex.

Ive seen his work around but not sure where to put the code. What container.ascx file is he talking about? Im using the Html Container where is this file located? I cant find  the print skin object in any of the files?

Replace the print skin object:

<dnn:ACTIONBUTTON runat="server" id="dnnACTIONBUTTON3"  CommandName="PrintModule.Action" DisplayIcon="True" DisplayLink="false" />

in your "container".ascx file

With this code:

<%
                Dim sOut As String = "<a href='http://{0}/tabid/{1}/mid/{2}/dnnprintmode/true/Default.aspx?SkinSrc=[G]Skins%2f_default%2fNo+Skin&ContainerSrc=[G]Containers%2f_default%2fNo+Container' target='_blank'><img src='/images/action_print.gif' alt ='Print' /></a>"

                If Me.ModuleControl.ModuleContext.Configuration.DisplayPrint = True Then
                    Response.Write(String.Format(sOut, PortalSettings.PortalAlias.HTTPAlias, PortalSettings.ActiveTab.TabID, Me.ModuleControl.ModuleContext.ModuleId))
                Else
                    Response.Write(String.Empty)
                End If

                %>

For me that works in DNN 6.1.1
