I know this may not be the best place to ask this question, but I don't know how long it will take for support to get to me and I am hoping someone else has had this issue.

I installed the update to 6.2.2 Community. Then I installed the update to Professional. It says DNN Professional in the host settings.  I then try to activate my license, but the screen that has the activate your license isn't the correct module and even though I added the module and activated the license I get the message on every page that this is an unregistered copy of DNN. I had to revert back to my 6.0 version of DNN because this is a production site. I successfully did this process in our development environment so I have no idea what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.

AFAIK, you should download and install Upgrade for DNN professional, available on your customer account, instead of upgrading to DNN CE first. current Version is 6.2.3

I figured out what the issue is. DNN Professional has some sort of corruption if anyone tries to access the site while the update is being completed. It appears that all of the files get copied, but something causes it to think parts of it are still DNN Community. I reverted to my previous version tons of times and reinstalled and the last thing I did was lock the server down to one ip address and that was what allowed me to finally get the professional version installed. Horrible time trying to figure this out, just so I could put my activation number.
