It looks like this age old problem has arrisen again since the upgrade to DNN 6.2 we can't build the verification code by using portal ID and userID any more as the code has been changed. How is the verification code generated in DNN 6.2?

How would a user get the verification code link resent?

I used to build this link in SQL sever and send the email via SQL mail how can I get this to work again?

Hey guys,

I found a solution to this, just use the following code:

UserInfo user = UserController.GetUserById(PortalId, UserIDYouNeedToVerify);
                TokenReplace tr = new TokenReplace(Scope.SystemMessages, user.Profile.PreferredLocale, this.PortalSettings, user);
                string vcode = tr.ReplaceEnvironmentTokens("[User:VerificationCode]");

and magic happens.

 Isn't the verification code itself sent in the password reminder email?  

If so, when the user tries to log in they should be able to put it in at that point..
