Non-administrators can no longer save an html/text content as a template using the RadEditor.

Please see ticket http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/V....

As it's stated on the ticket, since DNN version 6.2.2, this feature has changed.
Does anyone know a quick fix for this issue? I can't find any other way from within the editor to create and or edit an html content and save it as an html file. I've looked into CKEditor but it doesn't even have an option to save a template.

Thanks much!

Ari
