I am running a small website using DNN 6.01.03 Community Edition
One of the users, defined to the system as an administrator, is trying to add a picture to an HTML module on the website home page.
He is able to use the editor to update the text with no issues.
He is able to upload image files to a folder in the Portal Root directory called UserUploads, which has the right access rights to the underlying hosting service directory to permit web user updates., by using the Admin / File Handler function of DNN.
When editing the content of a module on the home page (actually for him it doesn't matter which page) if he clicks on the paperclip control button and selects insert image - he gets the right pop-up image manager screen, but there are no folders or files displayed in the list on the left hand side. In other words the image manager is not showing the Portal Root Directory as would normally be expected.
The problem occurs with both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
I can carry out the function using my administrator id with no issues.
Does anyone have any idea what could cause this difference in behaviour.
Thanks, Shane
