Is it possible to log in to the host Super User account once the windows ad authentication is set up and the 'hide login controls' are enabled.

Once the "Standard" and "Windows" buttons are gone the host account is not acccessible at all. Also, auto login would completely disable being able to login as super user. Does anyone have a good suggestion on how to manage this?

You can always navigate to logoff.aspx to log off the current user. Then manually navigate to logon.aspx and sign in as your host account.

Unfortunately that does not work when login controls are disabled (Standard and Windows buttons), therefore only windows authentication is allowed although I've followed the guide for mixed authentication to the letter using the Active Directory authentication module. Did a fresh install just for that purpose, yet still auto login still does not work at all in or ability to access the superuser account if using windows authentication, which basically is a deal breaker. Quite frustrating. Oh well.

The AD module has its own forum at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/F...

You are more likely to find an answer there.
