I have something strange occurring in my user roles - If you look at the image here:

 http://i.imgur.com/ZHCT5.jpg

You will see that nothing is listed and I cannot add any for some reason. Also, why is there a page control bar below all off this? It is as if it is carried over from the last screen before (user list) coming into the user edit window.

As I said I am on version 6.2.3 - Any ideas?

Thanks for any help.

By Default the subscription and registered users role should be added automaticly to verified users.  Check your role Settings if there the roles added by Default on Registration.  Not automaticly added roles can be manually added by user if you select the role and click add role button.

It will be helpfull to know if it is a new install, upgrade ore anything done before your issue caused.

go to Security Roles in Admin menu and select Edit for each of these roles.
