Hello,

Our website was established before I started working for the company and I was only given the login information.  I have been maintaining and uploading the page, but now when I try to login I get an "Unhandled Error" message that prevents me from logging in.  It mentions that the Primary filegroup is full and that I shoudl delete all unwanted files to create more space.  In the past I have tried to remove/delete old/past files from the files section on the page however, I noticed they seemed to be not going anywhere from the file group.  So basically, I cannot login and do not know how to overcome the problem without doing so.  Has anyone experienced the same or is there another way to delete from the primary file group?  Thanks for any advice!
