I have a drop-down menu that I want to simply redirect to a page.

The page that I want to redirect to, is the one where the user loads this page, he/she will see tabs where they can change their names or manage their password.

I am NOT talking about the page where you can see a couple of links, click one of them, and THEN end up on the page wherein you can manage your password.

I want that manage-password page!  How do I link directly to it?
