I have a DNN Site (v7.0.0 CE) that is behind a LoadBalancer which is offloading SSL.

Problem is that every single page I visit on the DNN Site within Internet Explorer 8+ comes up with a Security Warning stating:
     Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?

This constant popup is beyond irritating and is completely unacceptable to the end-users. However, our networking department here refuses to take the server off SSL, nor will they install the SSL certificate directly on my server. They insist that is must be routed through the LoadBalancer.

Anyone know how to fix this setup so that the annoying Security Warning stops?

No, I did not activate Google Analytics on this site. For reference, this site was installed fresh this morning.

On IE press F12, goto Script tab and do a search for 'http:' to find what are the resources that are coming outside of https.

On Chrome same with right mouse click->Inspect element and goto to Network tab and then refresh page. Scroll to see what http url's there are.

The Message appears in the "Login Popup"

In regular pages after login (with account having editing privledges):
1) Inside

2) Several times inside the "Menu Bar", each MenuItem has a HTTP reference (
    )
    3) Ever single menu item uses HTTP to link to it's page
    4) Footer Terms & Privacy links are HTTP
