I have a third party News Article module (bought from DNN Store) that generates a page when posting an article and is stored in the modules article table of the DB

It carries a /ctl/ URL path, which I know is reserved for the edit view of the admin pages.

I would like to add module/s in the News Article page, currently I cannot (the Module Install button is disabled when on that page) as the page is not stored in the tabs table of the database.

I am wondering if it can be implemented via the DNN Core framework rather than an added feature to the module itself).

Any thoughts would be great :)

Not likely, unless you were to do something fancy with the skin itself, when DNN starts loading CTL it only loads that control on the page, it isn't possible to include other modules.

I would recommend looking at another module like Engage Publish or Ventrian News Articles as they both work in a way that other modules can be loaded with articles on a page.
