When I log into my host or admin account for my site and go to "User Accounts" and select the user I want to change the password for I have no option to change their password, only reset it:

In your tutorial, here, it shows the option to change the user's password:




I notice that in the video it is an older version of DNN. I am running version 06.02.00. Was the functionality to manually change a user password removed?

That functionality should still exist in the site. Did you change any of the ASP.NET Membership options in the web.config?
