I might be oversimplifying this, but is the process of downgrading back to an earlier version of DNN as easy as replacing the website's folder contents back to an earlier version? The DNN 7.X profile photo issue has proven to be a large problem for me, and installing the most recent version of 7.0,2 hasn't corrected it.

I've kept all the old copies of the web folders before upgrading, so I just wanted to find out if it was just a matter of copy/replace?

Thanks for your help!

Hello,

Sorry for the side question, but I must have missed that - what's the photo issue?

Thanks,

Mike

Its in the thread a few lines down called "Profile Photo Issue'. Basically I'm unable to attach photos to user's profiles in the User Account area. The 'Drag Photo Here', nor the browse option, allows a photo to be added. Reason I'm asking about downgrade is function was working a few builds back...

There are at least a few others that are experiencing the same issue, but doesn't seem to affect everyone.

In addition to all the files and folders, you would need to restore the database to a point in time that matches the files and folders.

Thanks,
Greg Hart
