It didn't look like a meta tag by default, that's for sure.

Robert I was trying to get you to view the meta tag per page, not site settings :) You can click any page and add meta tags on a "per page" bases. If there was a meta tag visible then you know "someone" placed it there as DNN does not do this on its own.

Yeah Duane, but all the page metatags were empty too and AC is a dnn theme so that's why I thought it's a dnn glitch.. why the Social Helpers module puts an AC metatag there I have no clue.. thanks for the help.
