Can someone point me to an article, blog or another post on how to quickly setup Social Network in the latest DNN version (7.0.3 as of writing this post)

Thank you

Jake

Jake,

there are some tutorials in the video library (just search for "Social" on that page using your browser's Ctrl+F), the training tutorials and the blogs.

Best wishes
Michael

Michael,

Thanks. I came across this blog post: http://www.ifinity.com.au/2012/07/31/Turn_your_DotNetNuke_site_into_a_Social_Network_in_10_minutes and wanted to confirm this is still a viable way to do it on 7.0.3.

I don't think anything changed between 0.2 and 0.3 as far as setting up a social environment.

Jake,

DNN 7.0.3 is "just" a stabilization release, so nothing of the logic should have changed. Changes are documented on the download page and under Host :: What's new? If you have a look there you find "only" fixes for 7.0.3.

Best wishes
Michael
