I would like to make some of my modules "premium" so that they do not appear when a new portal is added.  I checked and when you got to Host > Extensions and edit a module, the checkbox for "premium" is gone in DNN7.

I can go to Admin > Site Settings > Host Settings and was able to uncheck the modules that I didn't want to show this way.  I tried creating a portal template of this portal, but any new portals created with this template still have all of the modules.

What is the "right" way to go about limiting the modules that users see by default when a new portal is created in DNN7?
