I am trying to clean up a mess and could use a little help. I was asked to help a friend "clean up"  a compromised DNN 6.x site on a Godaddy ultimate hosted site. The site has been flagged by Google as being compromised however a few other online scanners have given the site a clean bill of health.
I am going to play it safe and just delete all of the content and start from scratch. I am not that familiar with Godaddy Portal hosting but when I enter the file manager and look at permissions all of the folders have web writeable inherited permissions. I am assuming this is not right but he states he never changed any permissions (or even knows how) so I am wondering what the folder permissions should be and if this is part of the compromise or if that is correct for these to be set this way on a Godaddy portal site.
I don't have another GD hosted portal site to compare with so could someone point me to a correct example of permissions on DNN folders or give me a pointer on how to set this up?
