Hi Team,

Currently, I found a strange issue, I add a page named "Reports",  I can't go to page settings to edit this again, there always "Service Unavaliable" showing in the popup. And any actions under "Pages" from control bar result in the same thing.

Is the "Reports" a special word that can't use as page name?

I now use DNN 6.2.2.

Thank you

Eileen,

do you have installed SQL Server Reports Services on the same server, and is it possible that there is a conflict in the Url?

Best wishes
Michael

Hi Michael,

Thanks your kind reply.

To give more information, I do install the reporting service on that server, but when I delete the reports page, and try access that Url, it will say "the resource connot be found".

Also I tried it on another server that without reporting service installed, but when go to that page, it requires to enter username and password though I aready logined as host user.

Eileen,

I just tried it on my DNN 07.00.04 test Installation - works without problems. There seems to be something wrong in your installation, and to be true, I don't have too much ideas about it. Could you check in your IIS manager if there is a virtual Directory called "reports" or something alike?

Best wishes
Michael
