Learned how to install a module after messing around and making a definition manually, it shares the same name as the module so I get some odd error most likely thats the reason.. BUT I cant delete the old definition, it says this:

Error: Edit Module Definitions is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\clnts\www.gameovergaming.com\DesktopModules\hitcounter'. ---> System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\clnts\www.gameovergaming.com\DesktopModules\hitcounter'. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.Directory.InternalGetFileDirectoryNames(String path, String userPathOriginal, String searchPattern, Boolean includeFiles, Boolean includeDirs, SearchOption searchOption) at System.IO.Directory.GetFiles(String path, String searchPattern, SearchOption searchOption) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ModuleDefinitions.EditModuleDefinition.cmdDelete_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Can anyone share how to delete it.  It is a hitcounter.  Or know a good free hitcounter for 4.0 besided Bokone Hitcounter?

Thanks

It cannot delete your module definition because the directory is not there anymore.
Did you delete the directory by hand ?

For now if you just recreate the directory, you should be able to delete it.

Of course this error should not occur, but that's another thing (a bug)
