Hi,

As per my requirement ,I have to set  a user to securty Role based on some condition. OR

I have to create some security roles based on some condition.

How to achieve in DNN.

Hi
To set user to a security role based on some condition on code first get the role information using the DotNetNuke.Security.Roles.RoleController class.
Then get the role id from the role information object.
Then use the AddUserRole() to assign the role to user.

Thanks Sunil for Replying.I am not doing these  role settings from code. I want to logicalli divide in to different groups .. for that i want to create different Roles.Is there any possibility..

Yes thats possible. check for programitically creating custom roles in dnn.
you will get some tips.
